Vanburen Law Firm approached us about designing two new websites. First, we redesigned their existing law firm website. They asked for a clean, modern site that would help them reach current and prospective clients.

The Heritage Alliance website

Written by Jonathan on April 3, 2008 @ 9:43 AM.
After many years in the making, the Heritage Alliance has a new website. I met the Heritage director, Deborah, three years ago at which time we briefly discussed working together on a new website. I contacted her after hearing a rumor that she was "eager to talk to me," at which time she said they were finally ready for a new site. Today we launch the new and improved the Heritage Alliance website! The new site brings so much more to the visitor. Improved navigation, up-to-date news and events, a site search feature, an increased body of content, and a collection of some of the coolest historical photos I've ever seen top list of new features. The Heritage Alliance also stressed the need to keep the site up-to-date so we built a custom backend that allows them to update the news, events, and quaterly newletters. Stop by the new site then go visit a local historic site and support local history. Here are a few of my favs in the Johnson City area.

Marketing Lessons Learned From: Driving in the Rain

Yesterday, I was on my way home from Knoxville, TN after having a great time at the Get Motivated Business Seminar. After hearing speeches from Bruce Pearl, Rudy Giuliani, Zig Ziglar, and Gen. Colin Powell, I was in deep thought about how I could make a change in my life that could influence my work and my clients. As I merged on the interstate it started to pour, the cats and dogs kind. People were cramming on their brakes and getting into the slow lanes, I could only see a few feet ahead of me, and we were barely moving. I realized that by riding slowly behind the car in front of me, that not only was my windshield getting pelted by the rain, but my windshield was also getting the slosh from the wheels of the car I was tailgating. When I pulled into the passing lane my visibility increased considerably, and I was able to safely pass everyone cramming on their brakes. [ read more ]

Client Testimonial

The Capitol Theatre’s website was lacking design and content and we approached Crashbox Creative to take us in a totally new direction. Not knowing much about web design and lacking creative ability, this was really a project I was not all too excited to tackle! To my surprise, Jon Briehl was able to turn this into a most pleasant experience and the group was great to work with. He was able to bring ideas to the table that our group had not even considered and always went above and beyond with any request we made. Our Board of Directors and I were amazed at the design work and overall content that Crashbox Creative was able to produce. We have received numerous compliments on our new site and we are seeing dramatic increases in online ticket sales, which without a doubt, can be credited to our new image. I would strongly recommend for anyone looking for web services to contact Crashbox Creative!
